Responsibilities
Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing creatives, including social media ads, paid user acquisition visuals, email, web, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
Follow and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing assets
Adapt designs to different formats, platforms, resolutions, and target audiences
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to execute concepts and campaigns
Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to improve creative quality
Support senior designers and artists in day-to-day creative production tasks
Assist in maintaining well-organized design files, templates, and asset libraries for team use
Requirements
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout principles
Medium knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple assets
Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and creative techniques
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+1 year experience working on marketing assets for games, apps, or digital products
Familiarity with social media formats, performance marketing creatives, or store visuals
