Responsibilities
Build content strategy: develop topics, narratives and messages that measurably drive awareness → leads → opportunities → closed deals.
Provide creative leadership: write briefs, manage creators/agencies/working students, set quality standards and meet deadlines.
Orchestrate formats: from short videos/Reels to 1‑pagers and case studies to newsletters — you decide which format works where and why.
Manage distribution: editorial calendar, LinkedIn/website/landing pages, newsletters/CRM; coordinate paid campaigns with the performance team.
Align with performance: define hypotheses, derive testable assets, document learnings and scale winners.
Demonstrate impact: clear goals & KPIs, reporting and continuous optimization across the journey (lead quality & pipeline contribution).
Requirements
5+ years of B2B experience in acquisition-focused environments (agency, SaaS, events, consulting).
Strong in story & concept: Insight → idea → hook → CTA; you translate business goals into clear content hypotheses.
Channel understanding: LinkedIn, website/landing pages, newsletters/CRM — you know which format performs best where.
Leading by doing: you guide agencies and working students, give precise feedback and keep the pace.
Numbers-savvy: understand reach/clicks/CPL/pipeline and translate insights into action.
Excellent German, strong English.
