About the role

Responsibilities
- Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) within our STF Energy business unit
- Lead various large-scale projects in building services with a specialization in heating, ventilation, sanitation and air conditioning (HVAC & Plumbing)
- Coordinate project requirements and manage the project team
- Point of contact for all project-related questions and active participant in project meetings
- Monitor costs, schedules and quality assurance
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
- Experience across multiple trades (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
- Degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on building services, mechanical services or a comparable field OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, plumbing or air conditioning (HLSK)
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership
- Respectful, collaborative approach and strong communication skills within the team as well as with clients and other project stakeholders
- Proficient with common MS Office applications and open to adopting new tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Germany for non-EU citizens
