About the role

• TGA Fachplaner responsible for planning HVAC projects for public buildings and large structures. Collaborates with various stakeholders and focuses on technical calculations and design drawings.

Responsibilities

• HVAC/Plumbing specialist planner (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
• Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HVAC & plumbing
• Calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct and pipe networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
• Preparation of floor plans, schematics and section views
• Use of digital twins and BIM models in planning
• Collaboration with electrical planners, project managers and HVAC/plumbing colleagues
• Participation in weekly project and status meetings

Requirements

• Professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g., in HVAC/plumbing specialist planning, technical systems planning, technical drafting, planning engineering, or a similar role
• Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or a clear specialization
• Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Dipl.-Ing.) with a focus on building services/utility engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (HLSK)
• User proficiency in an industry-specific CAD program (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with tendering/billing software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
• Excellent written and spoken German
