About the role

  • Facility Engineer at Williams ensuring safe, reliable facility performance and collaborating on engineering initiatives. Leading projects and optimizing processes in natural gas and petrochemical industries.

Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable facility performance
  • Optimize processes, control systems, and alarm management
  • Complete key life-critical responsibilities, including MOCs, PSSRs, PHAs, work planning, and Lockout/Tagout
  • Help maintain essential Overpressure Protection and PSM documentation
  • Lead small capital projects and support larger facility improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering peers across the organization to share best practices and deliver enterprise initiatives
  • Continue growing your skills through leader engagement, stretch assignments, and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
  • Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Preferred: FE Certification
  • Preferred: Project Management experience
