Fachplaner:in HLSK in der STF Gruppe handling projects in public and residential buildings. Collaborating on large scale technical planning with focus on heating, ventilation, sanitation, and climate.
Responsibilities
In this position you will work as an HLSK specialist planner (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and take responsibility for planning various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning).
The projects include public buildings such as train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as food retail stores and hotels.
You independently perform a range of calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc., to determine dimensions for pipes, air velocities and the sizing of components (e.g. valves).
You independently create floor plans, schematics and section views.
For our building services planning we use digital twins — fully digital replicas of buildings — whose BIM models form the basis of our planning.
You maintain close collaboration with our electrical planners, project managers and your HLSK colleagues.
You participate in weekly project and status meetings to, for example, jointly update the project board (TGA cockpit).
Requirements
You should have professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g. in HLSK specialist planning, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role.
Ideally you have experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
You have completed a (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/utility engineering or a related field OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman certificate in one of the HLSK trades.
Through previous work or your training you already have user proficiency in a sector-specific CAD program (e.g. Revit or AutoCAD) and in tendering/quotation software (such as ORCA AVA or similar).
To ensure optimal communication among all stakeholders, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
