About the role
- Technical Leader for mobile development in innovative projects, utilizing Agile and Cloud technologies at Stefanini. Mentoring teams while implementing solutions and improving existing processes.
Responsibilities
- This project will be executed using an Agile model, with development focused on Mobile and microservices, leveraging Cloud and other technologies.
- Provide team mentorship in DevOps and Agile practices;
- Code review;
- Work together with the PM on technical direction and breaking down stories that add business value;
- Anticipate technical issues and propose solutions;
- Implement system-wide telemetry;
- Propose innovative architectures;
- Work on improving the performance of existing workflows;
- Occasionally develop new features with the team.
Requirements
- University degree or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Native iOS development (Swift and Objective-C);
- RESTful backend using Spring Boot.
- Desired knowledge:
- Native Android (Java and Kotlin);
- Flutter framework;
- Hybrid development (React Native with JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Continuous integration, automated deployment and unit testing, TDD, BDD and Agile methodology (SCRUM);
- Experience with private and public cloud environments, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform;
