Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality products.

- Work with the development team to identify and remove impediments.
- Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of agile development best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and their application in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with other agile methodologies such as Kanban and Lean.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello.
