Responsibilities
Partner with IAM Operations to document and assess current centrally delivered services.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to document and assess decentralised access processes.
Identify automation opportunities to increase shared capacity.
Evaluate and implement automation tooling with Operations as co‑owners.
Co‑design the future location strategy, resourcing model, and organisation structure.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead transformations in partnership with existing stakeholders.
Strong background in process mapping, operating model design, and automation strategy.
Experience working with modern IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) and associated automation toolchains.
Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence without disrupting established structures.
Strong communication and change‑leadership capabilities.
