About the role
- Jr. Learning Content Engineer supporting the development of AI training materials. Collaborating with teams to enhance educational content on the StackFuel learning platform.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Strukturierung von KI-Trainingsprogrammen sowie Entwicklung didaktisch sinnvoller Lernpfade
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Lerninhalten(z. B. Texte, Video-skripte, Coding-Übungen, Praxisaufgaben und Assessments) auf der Lernplattform
- Mitarbeit an der Content-Produktion und Koordination mit internen Teams sowie externen Contributor:innen
- Unterstützung bei Qualitätssicherung, Reviews und Testing von Trainingsinhalten auf fachliche, didaktische und technische Qualität
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Trainings sowie Integration von Feedback und Aktualisierungen bei neuen Technologien
- Unterstützung von Mentoring- und Sales-Teams durch Trainingsübersichten und Materialien zur besseren Vermittlung der Inhalte
- Mitwirkung bei der Dokumentation von Content-Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Content-Strukturen und Templates
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich (z. B. Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen, Physik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz(z. B.Machine Learning Grundlagen, generative KI, Prompting oder KI-Tools)
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Erstellung technischer Inhalte(z. B. Projekte, Tutorien, Blogposts, Lehrmaterialien o. Ä.)
- Grundkenntnisse in Pythonsowie erste Erfahrung mit Tools wie Git, Markdown oder Notebook-Umgebungen (z. B.Jupyter)
- Interesse an didaktischer Aufbereitung technischer Themen und modernen Lernformaten
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)in Wort und Schrift
