About the role
- Business Applications Analyst providing daily support for SS&C's Business Processing Outsourcing applications. Collaborating with teams and clients while ensuring smooth operations and communication.
Responsibilities
- Daily support of more than 20 Desktop Applications used in SS&C Business Processing Outsourcing organization (BPO)
- Maintain communication between BPO and remote clients
- Maintain communication between BPO Data Centers & Network Services and all clients
- Application version upgrade testing and implementation
- PC operating system upgrade testing and implementation
- Test and implement new products
- Research and review application problems in SS&C BPO
- Assist Corporate Support Staff with projects
- Process setup & modification for SS&C BPO clients
- Assist any of the remote clients with the SS&C BPO applications they run
- Assist any of the remote clients with Chorus BPM related connectivity issues
- Work with programmers and other analysts as a team to provide solutions to identified problems
Requirements
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
