About the role

  • Customer Service & System Integration Associate supporting medical software integration at Sonic Suisse. Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure service quality and system integrations.

Responsibilities

  • In this versatile role, you will support our customers and partners, particularly on topics related to the integration of medical practice software and electronic data exchange.
  • You will make a significant contribution to professional customer support and high service quality.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing system integrations as well as laboratory and medical-practice connections in collaboration with customers, partners, IT and Sales.
  • Advising and supporting customers and acting as an internal point of contact for Sales and Customer Service.
  • Analyzing faults and customer issues and developing and tracking proposed solutions.
  • Ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed response times.
  • Close collaboration and liaison with internal departments such as IT, Laboratory, Logistics, Finance and Sales.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, work instructions and training materials.
  • Participating in projects and actively helping to develop and improve service processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a medical practice, laboratory or IT field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of data exchange formats such as xDT, HL7 and XML, network and peripheral device configuration, and administration of personal computers/workstations.
  • Solid knowledge of system integration and project management is an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing, supporting and training on applications, preferably in a laboratory or medical practice environment.
  • Service-oriented, analytical and solution-focused working style.
  • Driving licence category B.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ideally ServiceDesk Plus), CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English, French or Italian skills are an advantage.
