About the role
- Working Student in Process Automation for SpotmyEnergy enhancing internal systems while collaborating with different business units. Responsible for implementing efficient workflows within the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Design and model new processes and automations in our CRM.
- Implement them in a technically sound and scalable way.
- Own roles, permissions and user management within the CRM.
- Ensure data quality and assist with documenting processes.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a German university for at least another 6 months.
- Fluent in German (at least C1).
- Strong hands-on mentality and a sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical understanding: Git, APIs, webhooks, data models, software architecture.
- Programming experience.
- Practical experience with a CRM or low-/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a plus.
- Interest in startups or prior startup experience.
