About the role
- (Senior) Manager - RPA driving process automation projects and building client relationships in Germany. Collaborating in an Intelligent Automation team with significant autonomy in career development.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow lasting, trust-based client relationships as a strategic partner for process automation
- Acquire projects for your own engagements
- End-to-end responsibility: from opportunity analysis (Discovery) through solution architecture to implementation and handover of automation solutions
- Support the further expansion of the Intelligent Automation business unit
Requirements
- Excellent completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field
- Strong project track record and reliable client relationships
- Several years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, with deep expertise in at least one market-leading platform, particularly UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
- Very good German language skills (for non-native speakers: at least good German (min. B2 CEFR) and willingness to improve further)
