Responsibilities
Build initiative execution with roadmap, milestones, and launch readiness for cross-functional initiatives.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Music, Editorial, Marketing, Markets, Comms, and related stakeholders.
Produce executive-ready analyses, summaries, and structured decision materials, translating operational detail into strategic insights and clear narrative.
Maintain clarity on how initiatives connect to broader Music and company priorities developing single sources of truth to ensure alignment across teams.
Translate strategy into sequenced workstreams and accountable owners, building launch plans and operating models
Own the development high-level strategic goals into measurable assumptions and success metrics, building structural analysis and planning frameworks
Maintain tracking covering budget and performance indicators in partnership with Analytics and Finance.
Requirements
5+ years experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, consulting plus operating experience, program leadership, or similar high-complexity roles
Demonstrated track record driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch with attention to detail
Highly structured thinker who can build clarity in ambiguous environments.
Proactive, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, high-visibility initiatives.
Clear, concise communicator with strong judgment and storytelling ability.
Passionate about music and attuned to the evolving artist and creator landscape
