Responsibilities
Lead and support enterprise-level strategic assessments, including market analysis, competitive research, and evaluations of emerging opportunities
Develop strategic options and recommendations backed by rigorous analysis
Contribute to the development and refinement of CSA’s multi‑year strategic plan
Serve as a strategy partner to business unit leaders, helping translate broad strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
Provide structured problem-solving support for new opportunities, challenges, or executive questions
Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and leadership planning sessions
Manage end‑to‑end strategic projects, including scoping, work planning, analysis, stakeholder alignment, and final recommendations
Coordinate and guide cross‑functional working teams to drive progress on key initiatives
Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership and board-level audiences
Build and interpret financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support investment decisions and strategic trade‑offs
Provide insights on business performance and future strategic opportunities
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear strategic narratives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Finance)
4–6 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy‑oriented role
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured-thinking skills
High degree of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to exploring new sectors, ideas, and approaches
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing through insight
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Candidates with proficiency in French will be given special consideration
Preferred MBA or similar graduate degree is an asset
Experience in standards, certification, regulatory, or related industries
