About the role
- Talent Manager for Splay One managing relationships and commercial opportunities for creators in Finland. Located in Stockholm and collaborating with a Nordic network.
Responsibilities
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with talents in the network
- Identifying and developing new commercial and creative opportunities for creators
- Actively contributing to brand building and career development for talents
- Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding new creators to the network
- Working closely with sales, production, and project managers to ensure successful campaigns
- Participating in and organizing events, meetings, and gatherings for creators and partners
- Contributing to increased revenue for creators in our network
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English. (Swedish is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of social media, especially YouTube.
- A strong interest in popular culture, digital trends, and the influencer industry
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
- Relevant education or experience in digital marketing, communication, social media, sales, or project management
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, and preferably insight into lifestyle content, e-sports, gaming, or livestreaming
- The ability to build trust, develop relationships, and drive processes forward
- A structured and self-driven work style, combined with strong collaboration skills
- Experience with branding, including development and commercial processes such as pitching and sales
- Preferably experience as a Talent Manager or from working in management
