About the role

Requirements
- Proven professional experience in industrial automation
- Experience programming, configuring, and extending automation systems
- Knowledge of process control systems (e.g., SIMATIC PCS7, Emerson DeltaV)
- Knowledge of PLC and automation software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal/Step7)
- Experience with visualization, HMI, or SCADA systems
- Understanding of industrial networks and communication interfaces (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA)
- Experience in commissioning, system testing, optimization, and support
- Completed technical education in automation, electrical engineering, or electronics
- Further qualification as a Techniker HF or FH engineer (university of applied sciences) in Automation, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with customers and project teams
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
