About the role
- Senior Product Specialist managing product configurations for a prenatal AI tool in a growing US market. Understanding client workflows and ensuring product readiness for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' clinical workflows to configure the product and ensure each healthcare professional is getting the most value out of Sonio
- Ensure the product is installed and ready to use for every client, identifying potential blockers during the install/set-up process
- Support potential client on usage (clinical/technical) and provide insight (incl. data analysis, clinical insight)
Requirements
- You have an engineering background
- You have more than 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong tech & product knowledge (or ability to pick up): Release process, feature, status of features etc.
- Ability to understand both the technical and clinical value of the product (with up-to-date clinical guidelines, value proposition etc.)
- People & communication skills: You can convince users/prospects of our value proposition, you also have the required patience to train and support users & resolve bug
- You are Analytical and you’re able to share insights with customers
- You can travel to the client's site for go-live
