- Drive effective portfolio management and predictable project execution
- Provide strategic leadership for building program/project management capabilities
- Monitor and support the performance improvement of all active pipeline programs and projects
- Develop and implement project pipeline metrics
- Execute project governance meetings
- Prioritize and execute all projects in accordance with expectations
- Build and lead a high-performing PMO Team
- Manage stakeholder relationships across various departments
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a technical field
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in medical device development
- Previous experience in global, cross-functional R&D programs and projects
- Extensive experience in a cross-functional leadership environment
- Strong analytics and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in rolling out a common project management methodology
- Experience in leading effective teams
- Knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tools
