Responsibilities
- The IT Operational Security Advisor will be responsible for:
- Categorizing assets according to their criticality and usage
- Conducting internal risk analyses
- Supervising risk analyses performed by other contractors
- Operating security systems and managing security data
- Analyzing existing security controls and recommending improvements
- Defining current and future security architectures
- Managing security incidents related to IT infrastructure
- Analyzing client requests related to network security
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of security measures
- Ensuring coordination between different stakeholders and contracts
- Participating in technology decommissioning activities (log collection, intrusion detection, etc.)
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- Hold at least one of the following IT security certifications: CompTIA, CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, GSEC, ISACA, SANS, (ISC)², ISO 27001, PECB ISO/IEC 27005 Senior Lead Risk Manager, or PECB ISO/IEC 27001 Senior Lead Implementer
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology or telecommunications
- Demonstrate participation as an operational security advisor on at least one project with a minimum scope of 500 person-days
- The resource's participation must include a minimum of 440 person-days of experience as an operational security advisor, of which at least 220 days were performed in information technology, radiocommunications, or telecommunications
