About the role
- Data Analytics Manager bridging business, analytics, and technology for finance insights. Partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams at Solstice Advanced Materials.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and Finance teams on system implementations and enhancements, while ensuring complete end-to-end solutions addressing transactional, process, and reporting requirements.
- Translate Finance business needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.
- Lead development of reports and dashboards for real-time analysis of financial performance across key Finance domains (e.g., revenue, margin, cost, working capital, forecasting).
- Work closely with the Data Science team to guide model development across key forecasting areas.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and data flows.
- Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Serve as a trusted analytics and technology partner to Finance leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data warehousing, business intelligence, AI, and Finance IT solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a finance setting.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SAP tables and data flow.
- Knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards.
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data manipulation.
