About the role
- Operations Assistant supporting the core Operations Team at Solirius Reply, maintaining data accuracy and operational reporting in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering key operational processes and administrative functions.
- Maintain and manage the company’s internal timecard system:
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Add and maintain JSOs (Job Service Orders) across all accounts.
- Maintaining and updating forecasts for all accounts in collaboration with Account Managers and Operations.
- Ensuring forecasting data aligns with internal systems and financial reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment between operational data and financial records.
- Support leave reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist with company utilisation tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Experience working with internal systems and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Good technology skills.
- Track record of working in high pressure environments, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn operational processes.
