About the role
- Providing operational support to the Commercial area for Trade Marketing role at Solenis. Ensuring proper execution of activities and management of materials in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Atuar como suporte operacional à área Comercial (Canais Indireto e Direto).
- Garantir a correta execução das atividades, KPIs, políticas comerciais.
- Gestão e controle do estoque de materiais (etiquetas, plano de higiene entre outros).
- Apoio na elaboração e atualização do AOP (anual).
- Atualização dos KPI’s definidos.
- Interface entre Trade Marketing, Marketing e Vendas.
Requirements
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Economia, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em Trade Marketing, Customer Service ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento em gestão de preços, sell out, incentivos e comissões.
- Excel avançado e domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados.
- Experiência com Salesforce ou sistemas de CRM.
- Desejável conhecimento em processos contratuais e interface com as demais áreas da companhia.
