Responsibilities

Lead content strategy from concept through production, ensuring impact and consistency
Build content frameworks and guardrails that empower teams to move fast without sacrificing quality or brand integrity
Champion a social-first approach across the organization
Partner closely with consumer engagement and creative to translate product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives into comprehensive content strategies
Oversee social and influencer teams, setting the strategic direction and holding teams accountable
Lead end-to-end content production strategy from ideation to asset optimization
Foster a culture of experimentation, testing, and learning to continuously optimize content performance
Requirements
10+ years in content strategy, social media, digital marketing, or creative roles with progressive leadership responsibility
5+ years managing teams of 10+ people, including social, influencer, content production
Proven track record launching and scaling content strategies for consumer brands (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, CPG or adjacent categories preferred)
Experience working with in-house and external creative agencies as well as production partners on campaign and day to day work
Experience building annual content strategies, roadmaps, and calendars aligned to brand and business priorities
Experience dimensioning resources (headcount, agency support, production costs) to meet ambitious goals
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar content and production budgets
