About the role
- Consultant responsible for implementing and delivering results through SE Suite solutions for client success. Facilitating system usage and ensuring efficiency based on best market practices.
Responsibilities
- The Implementation Consultant's mission is to deliver outcomes aligned with the client's needs by using our solution, and to support the client's initial steps toward successful adoption of the SE Suite.
- The consultant should be prepared to remove potential barriers, facilitating system implementation and institutionalizing the use of the solution to maximize the software's benefits.
- To achieve this, it is essential to apply market best practices within the client's context and understand the business rules, ensuring SE Suite configuration is smoother and meets the client's needs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Completed or in-progress higher education in a Technology-related field
- Experience with software and/or ERP implementations
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.)
- Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP)
- Knowledge of integrations with web services (SOAP, UI, REST)
- Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM)
- Advanced/Fluent English and/or Spanish
- Extension courses in project management or related areas
- Familiarity with the SoftExpert product portfolio (SE Suite) or competing solutions
- Knowledge of quality management
