Responsibilities
Create content aligned with the client's brand identity
Strategically plan content for each social channel
Interact with and respond to followers' comments and messages in a creative way
Provide updates on interactions and campaign insights
Develop reports, analyses and presentations
Analyze research/data and translate numbers into stories and content
Maintain direct client contact to align digital strategies
Work in sync with the BI and monitoring teams to identify insights and develop narratives and roadmaps for the account.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Languages/Literature, or a related field
Experience in content creation
Knowledge of social media language, formats, and trends
Proficiency in Portuguese
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of storytelling
Ability to create creative and engaging narratives for social media.
