Responsibilities
- Deliver Workstream Outcomes by collaborating closely with the Implementation Team and functional teams
- Implement Project Management Practices including recurring meeting cadence, status reporting, meeting documentation, deadline tracking, and timeline management
- Collaborate with functional teams to define requirements for workstream deliverables
- Assist the Implementation Leader in developing launch plans, monitoring implementation timelines, and managing stakeholders
- Liaise with functional working teams to ensure adherence to overall project timelines and objectives
- Ensure clear and timely communication among functional leads, stakeholders, and external partners
Requirements
- 7+ years of complex project management experience
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills
- Proven success with program management
- Presenting data & analysis to tell a story or influence an audience
- Experience combining data from multiple sources to perform analysis
- Proven ability to manage effectively in a fast paced, high pressure and high visibility environment
- Experience working with agile teams and managing work in ecosystem (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, Confluence, MSFT Suite, etc.)
