About the role

• Project Analyst interpreting and configuring complex client projects in technology sector. Collaborating with teams and providing comprehensive support for project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct study and interpretation of new projects of medium and high complexity to support decision-making and hold alignment meetings with clients to define timelines and the project start schedule;
• Perform installations, technical and system configurations, and adapt the software to the client’s business requirements for medium and high complexity projects; execute tests and parameterize the software;
• Deliver configuration, management and operational training to clients via videoconference, and when necessary provide customized manuals;
• Advise clients on the use of the acquired tool to accelerate implementation and adoption;
• Monitor the client’s use of the platform for medium and high complexity projects, resolving questions, troubleshooting issues and performing fine adjustments;
• Update the project status weekly and send it to the client to maintain control and visibility of project progress;
• Maintain active and effective communication with medium and high complexity clients regarding formalization formats, chats and messaging throughout the project;
• Hold alignment meetings with the Business team to explain the customer journey and ensure project continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology or Engineering fields;
• Intermediate knowledge of Networks;
• Servers (Linux, Windows Server);
• Microsoft Office suite;
• Ability to analyze, test and validate REST APIs, understanding technical documentation, HTTP methods, authentication flows and system integrations;
• Ability to analyze and design process flowcharts, mapping journeys, business rules and decision points throughout the project flow;
• Knowledge of Asterisk is desirable.
