- Prepare materials and lead executive and management portfolio status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans;
- Control planning, schedules, costs, resources and the quality of deliverables;
- Manage team allocation based on current and upcoming projects;
- Ensure the effectiveness of the project portfolio quality control process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience managing projects in the technology sector;
- Strong command of project management tools and KPIs for project tracking;
- Solid knowledge of project management best practices and familiarity with Agile methodology;
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish (a plus).
