About the role
- Senior IT Project Manager leading important IT projects within the energy sector. Driving project execution and managing international project teams for energy-related IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects from concept development to completion: plan, execute, monitor progress, follow up, and deliver projects in line with or exceeding customer expectations
- Understand the value and deliverables of the project: capture customer needs and translate them into IT requirements
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources
- Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders: customers, solution architects, other IT departments, external suppliers, etc.
- Develop, implement, deploy, and manage project plans
- Lead and support international project team members through active and engaging leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Solid knowledge of IT
- A genuine interest in the energy sector
- Experience in change management
- Commitment and a positive attitude towards handling complex tasks
- Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Experience from working in large organizations with complex environments
