Responsibilities
Trade activations — Christmas focus
Support operational implementation of activations (monitoring production of marketing materials, field kits, coordination with suppliers and supply chain)
Creation of merchandising plans and integration into the system/tool
Liaison with supply chain and sales teams to ensure optimal implementation
Merhandising rollout across France
Creation of rollout materials for field teams
Tracking production of merchandising materials; liaison with suppliers and supply chain
Recommendations for new merchandising tools to improve shopper navigation
Management of Trade creative assets
Writing briefs and managing the creative production schedule
Coordination with graphic designers and internal teams
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and marketing messages
Field activations & performance
Coordination of agencies and monitoring of activations
Creation of training materials and sales aids
Contribution to the design of incentive programs
Promotions & digital activations
Drafting promotional rules/terms (in coordination with Legal)
Setting up campaigns/operations on digital platforms
