Responsibilities
Acts as a competent point of contact for our customers
Performs on-site commissioning of client, server, and network systems
Covers assigned helpdesk days
Responsible for receiving, qualifying, and prioritizing incidents and support requests
Troubleshoots and resolves incidents largely independently within the scope of your expertise
Opportunity to gradually take operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services
This includes serving as the technical contact, maintaining, and further developing the service
Requirements
ICT specialist (Informatiker EFZ) with at least 1 year of professional experience, or suitable career changers
Broad-based IT knowledge in Microsoft systems and cloud environments
Independent problem solving through an analytical and structured working approach
Strong willingness to learn and quick grasp of new concepts
Knowledge of Windows Server and client systems, remote desktop environments, Active Directory, virtualization solutions, and IP networking
Enjoys direct customer contact
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
Fluent written and spoken German and ability to communicate in English
French language skills are an advantage
