About the role

  • Supervising electrical work execution and maintenance at industrial sites for Rain Carbon Inc. Ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise work execution (Erection, Commissioning and any modification) on site during project and later for maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical
  • Prepare and maintain daily work reports and ensure accurate documentation of equipment history records
  • Develop and implement procedures for projects, maintenance, and shutdown activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and organizational guidelines
  • Identify and implement improvement projects in Electrical Engineering to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability
  • Inspect inward electrical materials for compliance with technical specifications as per purchase orders and coordinate issuance from stores
  • Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for equipment breakdowns; perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
  • Ensure accurate data capture of electrical maintenance activities for integration into SAP and support predictive and preventive maintenance programs
  • Actively participate in meetings, safety campaigns, and ensure strict adherence to plant operational safety standards, including lockout/tagout and emergency protocols
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption and power distribution to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and internal audits
  • Implement and sustain the 5S system (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to promote workplace organization, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma / B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics) / M.Tech in Power Electronics
  • 06 to 10 years of experience
  • Maintain a valid 11KV & 33KV supervisory license
  • Hands-on experience with IMCC Panels, PLC & HMI systems, VFDs, and EDG systems
  • Strong knowledge of protection systems for generators, transformers, VCBs, ACBs, and maintenance of power plant equipment including 132KV switchyard systems.
