- IT Project Manager oversees planning and execution of IT projects at Saint Louis University. Collaborates with stakeholders and manages resources for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- The IT Project Manager manages planning, execution, and oversight of information technology projects or programs
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders from multiple constituencies to establish project goals and objectives
- Identifies internal and/or vendor resource requirements and acquires appropriate resources
- Coordinates technical and non-technical team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan
- Develops project plans and communications documents including project charters and schedules
- Actively manages project risk by establishing issue logs, risk registers and change logs
- Oversees efforts of vendor project managers
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Three or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience leading projects with cross functional diverse teams (IT and stakeholders) including vendors (Onsite and remote)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
