About the role
- Mid/Senior .NET Software Engineer developing web applications for Sleed. Involves architectural design, project collaboration, and mentoring junior developers in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to technical challenges and project needs
- Contribute to performance profiling, troubleshooting and production issue resolution
- Take part in planning by helping the project management team define implementation approaches and providing time and effort estimates for planned tasks
- Provide consultancy on how processes, tools and platforms can be improved and which new technologies could be adopted
- Design, maintain and document APIs and application components
- Integrate user-facing elements with data coming from the server side
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure application security by following secure coding practices, protecting sensitive data, and addressing common web vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Support less-experienced engineers through pair programming, knowledge sharing and technical guidance
- Implement automations for repetitive or complex administrative tasks
- Deliver results according to agreed time-plans

Requirements
- At least **2+ years of experience in software engineering building web applications** is required for the position
- **Advanced skills in C# and .NET Core / ASP .NET**
- Experienced with RESTful APIs development
- Experienced with JS and jQuery or other more advanced JS based technologies
- Experienced with Unit and integration testing
- Experience with nopCommerce platform will be a plus
- Excellent MS SQL/MySQL skills
- Very comfortable with MVC practices
- Familiarity with React
- Familiarity with Devexpress & Devextreme controls will be a plus
