About the role

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credentialing or healthcare network management
- Proven experience leading teams within credentialing
- Knowledge of ANS regulations
- Experience negotiating with hospitals, clinics and large providers
- Experience in contract management and provider evaluation
- Knowledge of network performance indicators and data analysis
- Familiarity with TISS and healthcare management systems
