Junior Key Account Manager developing and maintaining relationships with strategic clients in the IT infrastructure sector. Collaborating with internal teams for service implementation and customer success.
Responsibilities
You manage and develop strategic key accounts from the mid-market and enterprise segments and build long-term, stable customer relationships.
You conduct regular strategic reviews at C-level and position yourself as a trusted point of contact.
You analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions in the areas of Data Center, Cloud and Managed Services.
You actively leverage cross- and upselling opportunities across our entire solution portfolio, from colocation and housing to Managed Network and Security, as well as Backup/DRaaS and Private and Hybrid Cloud.
You manage the full sales process, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations and successful deal closure.
You work closely with technical experts, product management and operations teams to ensure successful service implementation.
You continuously monitor market and competitor developments and identify new business opportunities.
You are responsible for forecasting and reporting and maintain regular communication with company management.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
You bring initial practical experience or a strong interest in IT solutions, Cloud or Managed Services and are eager to develop professionally.
You have basic knowledge in topics such as Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Operations or Data Center and are keen to expand your know-how.
You enjoy communicating with customers, present yourself openly and professionally, and continuously develop your presentation and negotiation skills.
You work customer-oriented, structured and motivated and are willing to travel for client meetings.
