- You are responsible for delivering complex projects in the banking environment with high quality, personal accountability and a strong customer focus.
- Depending on your interests, you will focus on project management, business analysis, or specific regulatory and domain topics (e.g., DORA, T+X settlement, trading or settlement processes).
- You will further develop your skills with our support through an individual training plan.
- Together with us you will expand your business case to enable sustainable project acquisition to secure your utilization — if desired, we will support you on the path to (equity) partnership.

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a willingness to take responsibility
- Several years of consulting experience with a focus on banking topics
- Solid knowledge of process optimization or implementation of regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented way
- As a Manager you have developed an initial network of potential clients with the option to jointly expand this up to client acquisition
- As a Senior Manager you have already developed a business case and established reliable contacts with potential clients
- University degree with good academic results in economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field
- Excellent work and project results
- Very good German (for non-native speakers at least good German and a willingness to further improve it)
- Excellent English
