Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and management of the reward framework
- Analyse compensation and benefits data
- Support annual reward cycles
- Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant pay structures across the project
Requirements
- Experience in an analyst role, able to interpret and analyse large datasets confidently
- Demonstrable experience with reward systems (HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, HR Data Analyst, or similar)
- Experience using reward or job evaluation systems, with understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and reward frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with HRIS or reward/compensation systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to present complex data and insights clearly
- Good understanding of compensation principles
- Knowledge of Hay, Mercer, or other job evaluation methodologies (Desirable)
- Experience with benefits administration (Desirable)
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) (Desirable)
