Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for procurement documentation and communication
Demonstrated ability to complete low-value procurement transactions under supervision
Experience with purchase order tracking and supplier follow-up
Accuracy in database management and data entry
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to identify and help resolve procurement discrepancies
Experience in coordinating and scheduling meetings
