About the role
- Analista de Estratégia Segmento PF SR developing commercial action plans for Sicredi's retail and high-income segments. Collaborating with various areas to ensure strategic coherence and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial action plans aligned with Sicredi's strategic guidelines for retail, middle- and high-income audiences.
- Translate strategic directions into tactical initiatives applicable to the realities of Central Offices and Cooperatives.
- Partner with product, channels and marketing teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of actions.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments to strategies based on results and learnings.
- Support the dissemination of commercial strategies to field teams, contributing to training and engagement.
- Conduct market, competitor and member behavior analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in the development of campaigns and commercial journeys, with a focus on financial products and creating value for members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python);
- Experience in results management and creating performance indicators;
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Analytical thinking;
- Curiosity and proactivity to learn new things and ambition to take on new challenges;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Good communication skills, and the ability to articulate and influence;
