About the role

Analista de Sistemas de Negócios SR at Sicredi, developing financial cooperative digital experiences and modernizing core banking systems in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Understands business problems and defines the scope (technical, functional and business) of requests, validated by the PO/PM;
Evaluates and measures the impact of new features on existing functionality;
Technically assesses and discusses integrations with analysts and software engineers from other teams (cross-team dependencies);
Supports the organization of the technical backlog by establishing dependencies and priorities;
Performs estimations and technical refinement of requests together with the rest of the development team;
Understands business requirements and translates them into user stories that can be used by engineering to create code components and/or system architecture;
Identifies, assesses and addresses impacts on business processes and related systems caused by other requests and areas;
Engages with software engineers and QAs, understands programming logic and helps design engineering solutions, where the end client can be a developer from another team;
Supports system acceptance testing (UAT);
Acts as an interface between internal systems and third-party solutions;
Integrates with Change Management in Systems (creation of RDMs/change records, alignment with processing areas and IT operations, supports and monitors the rollout of new solutions and features) through internal team planning;
Prepares manuals on configurations and parameterizations of internal and external systems;
Works on incident resolution and monitors system processes;

Desirable knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases;
Experience working with teams using agile methodologies and theoretical knowledge of these methodologies;
Agility, Software Architecture and Software Engineering;
