Responsibilities
Administer and monitor the benefits provided: medical and dental plans, meal/food allowances, transportation, private pension plan, among others, ensuring correct operation with vendors.
Manage enrollment, termination and employee record changes, as well as billing reconciliation and benefits control.
Provide support and guidance to employees, answering questions and assisting in resolving benefits-related requests.
Monitor and propose improvements to area routines, manage vendor relationships and negotiations, and track quality, cost and service-level indicators.
Requirements
Previous experience managing and administering corporate benefits;
Preferably experience in vendor relationship management and support with benefits contract administration;
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with HR and/or benefits management systems;
Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
