Responsibilities
- Create and update training materials (presentations, digital content, learning paths, and manuals)
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions, fostering engagement and interaction
- Design scalable training programs using course platforms / LMS / AI
- Design and execute onboarding programs
- Create and manage the training calendar
- Monitor effectiveness, satisfaction, and post-training feedback metrics
- Provide ongoing support related to the content covered in training
- Conduct on-site visits to deliver training when necessary.

- Knowledge of course platforms / LMS / AI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and create reports/dashboards

- Availability for occasional travel.
