About the role
- Content Producer responsible for developing audiovisual content for Shop Mercantil's e-commerce platform. Engaging storytelling and effective project management in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and coordinate digital and audiovisual content (videos, social posts, podcasts, campaigns)
- Produce and edit educational content on retirement, finance, investments and technology use
- Create video tutorials, step-by-step guides, articles and support materials (PDFs, infographics)
- Edit and optimize content for different digital platforms
- Manage schedules, teams and production workflows
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to align objectives
- Ensure the technical and creative quality of all produced materials
Requirements
- Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Radio & TV, Film, Marketing or related fields
- Knowledge of audiovisual production: planning, scripting, image and sound capture, directing and post-production
- Proficiency with editing tools: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Knowledge of project management: organizing schedules, budgets and technical teams
- Familiarity with digital platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, blogs and corporate websites
- Knowledge of storytelling and copywriting: creating engaging and persuasive narratives
- Solid experience in the field
