About the role
- Lead Producer overseeing production of campaigns for Sky Bet, Gaming, and Flutter brands. Collaborating with Creative, Brand, Digital and Media teams for successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process and determine how the campaign is produced.
- Work closely with Creative, Motion, Brand, Digital and Media stakeholders to ensure proposed production solutions meet requirements, within budget, and on time.
- Communicate and manage through to resolution any deviation from the production plan, detailing circumstances and minimizing impact.
- Lead the in-house production of TV and Radio ads, coordinating motion designers, sound studio, clearance and delivery of final ads.
- Organize and co-ordinate talent used, owning that relationship directly or via agents.
- Negotiate and document usage agreements.
- Manage production partners across filming, editing, 3D, animation, VFX, grading, voice over and sound design, giving creative input and direction when required.
Requirements
- Previously worked for a number of years in a Producer role.
- Experience managing large scale TV productions with numerous and diverse deliverables.
- Managing filming and production of videos for social and digital channels.
- Experience and knowledge of advertising, and know what great campaign delivery looks like.
- Motivate all the delivery teams to work with quality and deadlines at the forefront.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication, confident presenter.
- Mature and motivated attitude, open minded.
- Attention to detail required at all stages of production process.
