Responsibilities
Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, campaigns, product explainers, and digital channels.
Work closely with Marketing leadership to define Shield AI’s motion and video brand across platforms.
Collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams to bring ideas from concept through delivery.
Maintain Shield AI’s visual identity through consistent motion design standards and templates.
Create assets optimized for multiple platforms and aspect ratios including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
Support video editors with animated elements, transitions, and branded graphics.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on tight production schedules.
Prepare files, organize assets, and ensure version control and quality control of deliverables.
Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Strong design fundamentals in layout, composition, color, and typography.
Proven ability to create visually engaging content across formats and platforms.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
