About the role
- 3D Motion & Media Designer developing animations and videos for marketing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance company's visual storytelling and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D animations and 2D motion graphics for campaigns, product communication, explainer videos and corporate content.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling video storytelling.
- Develop video and motion projects from concept, modeling, storyboard to final render and delivery.
- Apply advanced animation techniques, lighting, rendering, and compositing workflows.
- Ensure brand consistency and high production standards across all motion assets.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand needs and deliver compelling Video solutions.
- Apply sound, edit voice-over, design and audio mixing to enhance motion projects and create immersive audiovisual experiences.
Requirements
- Degree in Motion Design, Animation, Media Design, Multimedia or similar.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design with strong 3D expertise.
- Strong portfolio showcasing advanced 3D motion and 2D animation work.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere and strong 3D skills (Cinema 4D, 3dsmax, blender or similar).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience in video editing and post-production workflows.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects confidently.
- Fluent in English.
- Audio post-production (sound design & basic mixing) for motion and video projects.
- Practical experience in voice-over recording is a plus.
