Requirements

- Confident presence, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and structured even in time-critical or politically sensitive situations
- Understanding of complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel for regular and occasionally short-notice appointments
